British Cured Meat Awards – NOW CLOSED FOR ENTRIES

The British cured meat scene has exploded in popularity in the last decade and the best of the resulting produce is now widely regarded to be up there with the best charcuterie produced in the world. It is about time we recognised that and put on a properly judged and celebrated awards for those brilliant people that produce it.

We are very proud to be the first to celebrate and recognise British charcuterie, and our partnership with the Guild of Fine Food is an exciting one. They publish Fine Food Digest and have lots of experience organising food awards and will help us ensure the most exacting of judging standards. It is time to crown the true champions and heroes of British Cured Meat.

Cannon & Cannon have invited every producer in the UK to submit their finest cuts to be judged by the expert panel of judges. At the British Cured Meat Festival we will see the final round of judging happen live with the 40 best cuts that have made it through to the final battling to be crowned as the best product in their category. We will also award the Producer of the Year and The Steven Lamb British Cured Meat Hero Award.
